The car body is only made of high-value plastics in different versions like metallic-look glass fibre
reinforced plastic and carbon fibre material which is characterised by an extreme scratch resistant surface.
The ABS (alkylbenzenesulfonate) plastic car body is manufactured via vacuum deep-draw technique, and is cut
to form by computerised numerical controlled robotics.
The comfortable seat is made of PU (polyurethane) soft foam” and was tested to resists all weather- and
climate conditions.
